Moneypenny crowned supplier of the year at annual EweMove conference

Leading outsourced communications provider Moneypenny has once again scooped the Supplier of the Year award at EweMove’s annual conference and awards.

The prestigious event, held at the East Midlands Conference Centre on 12th March, celebrated the hard work of EweMove branches and suppliers, which has contributed to the franchise organisation's great success over the last year.

EweMove is a member of The Property Franchise Group, which, following the merger with Belvoir on 7th March 2024, is now one of the UK’s largest multi-brand lettings and estate agency groups. Moneypenny provides the company with a Bespoke Customer Team that has been an extension of the fast-growing EweMove team since 2016.

Moneypenny handles calls for each franchise and has full access to their in-house systems, so team members can book viewings and valuations and answer queries regarding properties currently on the market.

The team works closely with property managers to provide round-the-clock service. In addition to handling calls, Moneypenny’s bespoke team also completes administrative tasks for franchisees, such as updating portal listings, completing application referencing, and monitoring EweMove’s Trustpilot site.

Kay Hughes-Lloyd, Team Leader at Moneypenny has worked closely with EweMove for 8 years. She said: ”I'm so proud to take this award back to the team.
