From here, we test everything and go live. Most clients are up and running within a few days and changes can be made at any time.

Yes, our patent-pending AI Receptionist is fully encrypted, GDPR-compliant, and built with privacy in mind. All conversations are securely stored, with access controls, audit logs, and data handling processes in place. We take compliance seriously - whether it's GDPR, CCPA, or industry-specific regulations, we're covered.
We know you'll want full visibility, which is why you will receive call summaries by email, text, or both in real time. Calls are also stored in your caller analytics, allowing you to work with your Solutions Architect on optimising our AI Receptionist performance.

For AI Receptionist schemes of 150 minutes or fewer, a minimum contract length of three months applies. After this period, we require one month's notice to close your account (effective from the date of your next invoice). For larger schemes, we require either a six or twelve-month commitment (depending on the volume of inclusive minutes) with three months' notice to terminate the service.
