Integrating Moneypenny with Clio

How to set up your Moneypenny + Clio integration via Zapier 

If you're using Moneypenny to handle your calls and Clio as your CRM system, connecting the two means caller information flows straight into your account and new tasks and contacts are created every time.

What you will need before we start: 

•An active Moneypenny account 

•A Clio account 

•A paid Zapier account (plans start from approximately $30/month)

Once you're ready to go: 

• Tell us what you need - let us know which call details to capture (e.g. name, number, enquiry type)

• We build your form - we'll create a custom form to capture exactly the information you need 

• You authorise your accounts - log into Zapier and connect your Clio account 

• Generate a webhook link - we’ll guide you through the process so you can send the link over to us

• We connect and test everything - we'll connect the webhook to your form and send a test submission through 

• You map your fields - using the test data to match your form fields to the right fields in Clio

• We go live - once you're happy, we switch the integration on.
