Making outbound calls from your business number

Making outbound calls from your chosen business number helps you look bigger and more professional.

Now that you have successfully chosen your unique business number, how can you make an outbound call from your mobile using that number? It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3 (or 0333 as the case may be!). This guide will walk you through the steps.

Tap the phone icon

To begin, tap on the phone icon on the homepage of your app. You’ll see a dropdown option at the top of the dialer – simply tap this to select the number you’d like to make your call from.

Make your call

Once you’ve done this, you’re ready to make outbound calls! Just dial the number you’d like to call or select an existing contact from your phone book or VIP list.

Accessing your phone book

You can access your phone book by tapping on the contact icon and selecting the person you wish to call.

Alternatively, if you’d like to call one of your VIPs, just hit the star icon and choose the contact you’d like to call.
