James Knight, Managing Directo, Keystone Law: My name’s James Knight, I’m the MD for Keystone Law.

Keystone was set up in 2002 and, in very many ways, whilst it is a regulated law firm, it is also an entrepreneurial business. It was the first law firm to create the dispersed structure; with solicitors working from their own satellite offices from across the country.

Communication for Keystone is probably one of the most important things. The whole model behind Keystone, the whole fundamentals there, is that technology is used to bind the firm together to allow us to act in a seamless and cohesive manner. The technology that is provided by Moneypenny, and the service that they provide for us, is fundamental to assisting the growth of Keystone.

As Keystone does grow the service that Moneypenny provides just becomes more important. It is the ability of Moneypenny to seamlessly handle the additional call volume as an organisation grows, which is particularly attractive.
