  • We can switch the integration on at an individual level, so some team members can still receive calls from us on their mobile or landline if they prefer. However, we highly recommend rolling this capability out across your entire team as there are huge benefits to be gained by having us transfer calls to you via Microsoft Teams.

  • This indicates a Teams user's current availability to others; the default options being 'Available', 'Be right back', 'Away', 'Do not disturb' and 'Busy'.

  • With no additional Microsoft licenses required, our comprehensive integration starts from just £35 per month. This flat fee will upgrade your Teams platform to receive inbound calls for as many of your team to have this capability as you like.

  • All we need are the contact details for your Microsoft Teams Global Administrator, so we can take them through our simple onboarding process.

  • Absolutely. Microsoft Teams have their own mobile app, which allows us to transfer calls to any device that you have Microsoft Teams installed on. This means we can reach you anywhere, anytime; whether you're at home, in the office or out and about!

  • Although this Teams integration isn't currently compatible with our AI Receptionist, it's very much on our roadmap - so watch this space!
