Modern slavery

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Moneypenny acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within our organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to our organisation. These, as well as the suppliers of services, make up the supply chain within Moneypenny. As part of our due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking, our supplier approval process will incorporate a review of the controls undertaken by the supplier in the maintenance of its supply chain.

Moneypenny will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking. The company Directors and senior management shall take responsibility for implementing this statement to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation and our supply chains.

Our policy, along with a copy of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, is available to all employees via our HR department upon request.
