FAQs
You have two options which you can decide on when you get started. You can either automatically switch to voicemail or have us continue to answer your calls and be charged on a per minute basis.
With Moneypenny's Telephone Answering Service, you are given a dedicated Moneypenny PA, someone who gets to know you, your business and how you like to work. The service is more personalised and gives you the option to have your calls transferred and create different statuses at an employee level. With our Message Taking Service, your calls are answered by a team of Moneypenny PAs and messages are sent through to you immediately, meaning you're capturing every opportunity.
You can be up and running in 24 hours, we just need to capture some information from you to get everything set up.
We can capture up to five pieces of information from your callers, we'll agree this with you during set-up.
We'll answer calls for you Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. Outside of these hours, your calls will be sent to your personalised voicemail.
All of our smaller Message Taking Service schemes (inclusive of 150 minutes or below) have a minimum contract length of three months. Thereafter, we require one month's notice to close your account from the date of your next invoice. Our larger schemes (250 minutes and above) require a six-month commitment and one month's notice.
