Hi, I’m Nick Williams, I’m the Sales and Marketing Director for the Rygor Group. So, Rygor is the largest commercial vehicle dealer for Mercedes in the country, specialising predominantly in truck and van. Although, recent foray into passenger car aftersales as well. Customer experience is everything to us. It’s very difficult for a customer to walk in, particularly in busy hours of our business, and drop off a vehicle when there’s a queue of people and then answer incoming calls.
The breadth of customers that Moneypenny has, it was very clear that you’re used to dealing with very premium customers. We get amazing reporting on a weekly basis about the inbound call levels, booking levels, time to answer calls and we found it engaging.
