I didn’t feel like we were big enough to take someone on ourselves, just to be our receptionist.
I’m Steve Beresford, I am one of the owners and directors of Lux Unique Limited. My name is Emma Beresford and I’m also one of the owners and directors of Lux Unique Limited. We are based in the heart of Cheshire, and we manufacture and design high quality steel products for the landscape industry.
It’s a small team. The calls were interfering with our job when we were trying to focus, but you need the calls to run the business. And that’s when we thought about using Moneypenny. It makes us look very professional in that light and the other benefit to it as well is that we don’t have to think about those unwanted calls as well. The fact is, that without Moneypenny, I mean, our business would not have grown to the extent it has grown because we would have missed some calls, even if we had a full-time receptionist.
