I’m Vaughan Schofield. I own Belvoir sales and lettings agency on King Street in Wrexham.
The business started 16 years ago. We were the first Belvoir franchise in Wales. When you’re starting out as a business, every single phone call is vital and you had to make sure you capture every one. Now, without actually setting up a home in this building, there was no way I could do that.
